Recently I just bought a Mi-band and get in paired with my new Samsung Note 4 to observe my daily sleep pattern in order to improve my sleeping quality and steps counts. After a while of monitoring, I found that my sleeping pattern is not consistent. Well, I can say it's terrible! Sometime I can sleep throughout the day, sometime I can sleep just few hours. Therefore my 1st 100 Days Project - Day 1 - Improve My Sleep! - Wake up early and sleep earlier for better quality sleeping.
How-to:
1. Sleep before 12pm - 1am (except for maintenance hours)
2. 5 - 8 hours sleeping hours no matter it's weekday or weekend
Measurement: My Mi-Band will tell the pattern. :)
TimeFrame: Keep it up for 100 days. Start date: 8-5-2015
Result will know after 100 days! :)
